One day to go!!

The current program I’m doing has two trainers, which is awesome for mixing up the exercises each day, today was last day with Autumn Calabrese.

That means there’s just one more day until I’m done with this program!

Too hot for a shirt…

I am still working on being hot enough to take off my shirt but this morning the furnace decided to heat up my workout room and the shirt had to go.

And it is official 2 week until the big 4 –  0!! Time to kick it into high gear!!

This was the second to the last time for this workout.

There is a huge varity of workouts in this program, no getting board here.

This did make going on the tour hard with all the stairs I had to go up.  That a good sign that I pushed hard.

Hydration for the win!

Wow! Thus morning was hard to get out of bed and not for the usual reason of “it is nice and warm under my blankets.”
This morning I woke up and was dehydrated.  I could feel it and it wasn’t good.  I downed 20 oz of water waited 30 minutes and thwn got my workout in.  During the workout I drank another 20 oz. and feel like it is time for some more water.
