Breakfast – Oatmeal, Blueberry and yogurt
Dinner – Bean and Rice in Corn Tortillias with salsa and avacodo. With a side of Kale.
Day 3:
Day 3 Breakfast – Eggs, Toast and Kale with Pine Nuts
Day 3 Lunch – Lentil & Lime Salad with Micro Salad
Day 3 Dinner – Cucumber Salad, Miso Soup, and Nori Roll
