Even a small change in our lives can have a big effect.
There is no such thing as standing still, our bodies and mines slowly deteriorate overtime and only by exercising our bodies, our imaginations, and our knowledge will we continue to grow.
What is your end of story that you are working to achieve?
The first step to success is having a goal in mind.
When we know where we’re going, the path that we take isn’t the important thing. Decide where you want to go and take the first step forward and the rest will follow.
They say knowledge is power. But knowledge is potential power.
You can go to school, learn from the school of hard knocks, or even listen to your elders and learn from their experiences. All of that won’t matter if you don’t apply those lessons to your life.
Don’t just learn, implement what you learn and you will learn that every trouble you have is a chance to progress.
It is easy to look at someone else and their results, and become frustrated angry or even depressed, if we look at then as a comparison.
Each of us are individuals, with individual experiences, body types, personalities, and journeys. To use someone as a goal is too deny our self a journey that we are meant to go on.
Tag someone that you use as inspiration and not as a measuring stick.
What is one goal that you are working to complete before the end of the year?
Each step we take lose this one foot closer to our goals.
The challenge is not to look at how far we have to go but how far we have come. And remember that we are good enough to accomplish anything that we set our minds to!
