It is the week of Christmas, what are you going to do this week?

If we wait for everything to be perfect then we’ll be waiting forever.

Life is about doing not waiting, about making the most out of what we have and not waiting for life to give us what we think we deserve.

Early morning Christmas party at the church today, so it’s important that I get my workout in early, and earn the pancakes that I’m going to have this morning!

Nutrition should match your goals and my goals this morning her to have Merry Christmas and hang out with some great church members.

We have all said it and meant it, but…

You don’t need a Monday to start you don’t need a new year to get going all you need to do is take a step.

Rainbows and Unicorns.

I would love to tell people that after you start working out, that everything will be wonderful and all rainbows and unicorns.

The fact is when you start things get hard. You are changing your life and the direction that you have been traveling. Getting out of the wake of life and on a new path can be hard, but it is so worth it!!

If you want to see change today is the day to start!

It is Monday and the start of another beautiful week.

We have new snow on the ground and holidays in the air which are both good excuses to take it easy.

BUT if you want to see change today is the day to start!

Work on your rest day!

What are you working on today?

Sunday is my exercise rest day but that doesn’t mean that I am being not improving myself.

Each day it’s a chance to look at ourselves and evaluate how we can improve financially, physically, mentally, spiritually, etc…

What is something you were not good at, when you started?

Oftentimes we will give up because we aren’t as good or as talented as others.

Remember everyone was a beginner at one time and through practice inconsistency change occurred.

What are you changing?

Things happen when we step out of our comfort zone and take a chance.

Every time that we sit around waiting for something to happen, sitting is what happens. If we want change we have to change what we do.
