Fitness Programs

Currently Beachbody has 34 programs varying in difficulty and focusing on different goals.  Whether you are just starting, a biker, a runner, or even looking to bulk up!!

So how do you choose a program?

  1. First and probably most important you need to find a program that fits you.  If you don’t like a program you will not continue!!  Are you one for cardio?
  2. Are you beginner, intermediate, or are you ready for a challenge?
  3. What are your goals?  Lose fat, strengthen the core, build muscle, tone up?
